My name is Mauricio Melendez, and I didn't just stumble into the demolition business. I was drawn to it. There is something incredibly satisfying about taking a structure that has outlived its purpose and carefully, methodically bringing it down to make room for something new.
I started Ayala Demolition because I saw a gap in the industry. Too many contractors treat demolition like a blunt instrument—they come in, smash things up, and leave a mess behind. I believe demolition is a craft. It requires precision, planning, and a deep respect for the property and the people involved.
